Cheshire Surveyors is a family run property surveying business which has a substantial existing client base consisting of large, medium and small enterprises, landlords, residential and commercial agents and individuals.
Cheshire Surveyors client base has been built up predominantly via client referrals by its Owner & Director Brett Carroll over the last 16 years since he started his surveying career based in London working for both Surveying and Property Compliance companies.
We provide clients with a friendly and informative service that assists them in their property purchase, let, sale or refurbishment/maintenance programme.
We carry out surveys for the residential and commercial property sectors.
We provide clients with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys, Asbestos Surveys/Sampling, Damp & Timber Surveys, Commercial Energy Performance Certificates, Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Surveys & Fire Compartmentation Surveys.
In addition, we now provide Active and Passive Fire Stopping installations such as Fire Alarm Systems and Intumescent Paint/Fire Stopping for newly constructed and retrofit to refurbished properties.
Completion of these works ensures that the relationship and trust built up with our clients from their original instruction is maintained and the required remedial works/actions highlighted in our Fire Risk Assessments/Fire Door Surveys & Fire Compartmentation Surveys are carried out and installed as per the Fire Safety Order guidelines and Fire Safety Approved Document B Regulations and the manufacturer’s product guidance documentation.
All related documentation for the fire related works we carry out at client’s properties is provided to the client so it can be added to the properties Operational Manual for future reference.
